FoxID32 Ultra has all the features of FoxID Ultra with the addition of being a complete
32 bit multi-user package. Suitable for larger organizations, the system
is fully networkable via FoxID32 Plus Server Software. The system has also been
designed with a high emphasis on security and can be linked to most popular access
control systems with the use of Foxloader. FoxID32 Ultra also allows multiple databases and up to 240 user definable data fields. Any number of licensed operators can use the one database or multiple databases simultaneously. You can import and export both data and images quickly and easily. The software also comes with a powerful search and sort facility, batch deletion of records, backup utility, database repair and compaction functions to assist database maintenance. Database fields can be formatted to accept certain data types only, eg. Date, Text, Number format, and can be assigned default values. In addition to the regular import function, there is also a Special Import function for interfacing to third party systems, providing a time controlled automatic import straight into your FoxID32 database. The FoxID32 Ultra workspace can be customised to change the display settings. The toolbars are dockable and shortcut keys make operation and navigation fast! The FoxID32 context sensitive help is there to assist you every step of the way. The system allows you to capture images using a camcorder, digital camera or by direct loading of digital photos from file. Being TWAIN compatible, you can also use a scanner to capture photographs and signatures (not supported under NT). You can print from FoxID32 Ultra to any WindowsTM compatible printer. If you need to print multiple cards, the batch printing facility is an excellent way to save time and increase throughput when an operator needs to capture many images in one day. You can also print multiple card formats at the one time. The sheet printing function allows you to print to labels or plain paper. This is a great way to produce low cost temporary badges, such as visitor or conference ID cards. With multiple graphic support for logos and card designs, the integrated Card Editor gives you the ability to produce full colour cards that can be tailored specifically to your needs.
